This cozy, updated two bedroom apartment mixes midcentury modern and vintage furniture with an organic, upstate NY vibe. The stylish first floor apartment of a classic Ithaca home, nestled into the highly walkable Fall Creek neighborhood. Just a few short blocks from Ithaca Falls, with easy access to Cornell, Ithaca College, and downtown. We took inspiration from boutique hotels when designing this space, with recently renovated bathroom and kitchen, new appliances, smart TV and luxury linens.

The backyard borders a scenic waterfront park and is a 3 minute stroll to the lake, marina, swimming area, playground and walking trails. Perfectly situated to provide a peaceful base to explore downtown Ithaca, campus ( 15 mins) and all the Finger Lakes have to offer. A new platform sofa bed provides a comfortable 2nd sleeping area. Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Nestled in a grove of Norway spruce, your peaceful cabin getaway rests in the heart of the Finger Lakes. Built by a local carpenter (with help from his dog Indiana), the cabin has enough coziness and charm to make any stay special. Hike down to Mill Creek (on the property), grill up some burgers on the gas grill, or lounge in a hot tub beneath the stars. The cabin is 15 minutes to Ithaca / Cornell, has a living room with a Switch + BluRay + HBO, and has satellite wifi (30+ MBPS).

Fall, winter and spring are great times to enjoy the beauty of the lake as well. The cottage is on a private road in a quiet neighborhood. Myers Park is a short walk away. Located just 10 miles from Cornell University and Ithaca, NY.
