The cottage overlooks a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are dog friendly and are happy to welcome up to two well behaved dogs. The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle & explore many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. Betty's was built in the 1800's & is a traditional, stone cottage.

Adjacent to National Trust woodland and within easy walking distance to Colby Woodland Gardens and Amroth with its fabulous beach, village pubs, cafes and shop the cottage is perfect for beach goers, nature lovers and walkers. A crogloft is a traditional Welsh mezzanine, tucked away in the eves. Somewhere to quiet retreat to. Gwarcwm's Crog Loft is at the heart of the home, an old farmhouse beautifully restored. We hope you will love it as much as we do. The house is attached to a small field that slopes steeply down to a river at the bottom. We've recently finished building a sauna next to the river and installed a wood-burning hot tub, making this a perfect place to wind down when the day's adventuring is done.
