Die Wohnung besteht aus einem Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett, einem Wohnzimmer (Couch kann als Doppelbett verwendet werden), einem Zimmer mit Schlafsofa, einer Küche und einem Badezimmer mit Dusche und WC. Supermärkte, Apotheke, Drogeriemarkt, Tankstelle Arzt etc. in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Bahnhof ist in 2 Gehminuten ereichbar und bietet eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nach Wien und nach Baden. Das Stadtzentrum von Mödling ist ungefähr 700 Meter entfernt.
