We are a block off downtown and just a short walk to all the great restaurants. The mountain views of White River National Forest off the deck in the back are AMAZING! 15 minutes to Ski Cooper and 25 minutes to Copper. Our cabin is one of a kind. Isolated with easy access, it is located outside Leadville-10,200 feet, between the Sawatch and Mosquito ranges, with stunning views of both. Licensed through the Land County Land Use License #2026-P8, allowing 4 guests only. Please DO NOT bring additional guests. No cleaning fee. Winter guests: Easy access to town. The county plows the road, still we recommend AWD or 4WD for all winter travel. Please read “other things to note” before booking.
