Villa Canary: Stunning spacious outside area

Smoke free and pet free home. Please respect. Owner has strong allergies. There is a ban on all parties and events at this property, including a cap on occupancy (including guests) at 6 without previous written approval by owner. Party violation $400. No jacuzzi heat/ blower. Pool has an approximate temp of 85 degrees in the summer months (June-Sep). Solar panels warm up the pool during late fall, winter and early spring. Solar heat will not be provided during the months of May-September.
