Close to the climbing tracks and only a five minute drive to Leonidio.The property backs onto our newly planted olive grove and has its own parking.It has separate bedroom kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook meals.It has a new split system heating and aircon. It has a nice shower. There is a smart tv and great wifi if you need to work.It has a large courtyard with a garden and also a terrace. There is mountain views and sea views. In summer its a different vibe. If you like relaxing in the sun, swimming in beautiful clear water and listening to the waves as you fall asleep at night you will be very happy here. Το σπίτι μας βρισκεται στο κέντρο του Λεωνιδίου, σε μια ήσυχη γειτονιά, μόλις 2 λεπτα με τα πόδια από όλα τα καταστήματα και τις καφετέριες. Από τη βεράντα θα απολαύσετε τον ήλιο και τη θέα του Λεωνιδίου πανοραμικά. Η κρεβατοκάμαρα έχει ένα υπέρδιπλο κρεβάτι με ανατομικό στρώμα και μπορούν να κοιμηθούν 2 άτομα. Ένα επιπλέον άτομο μπορεί να κοιμηθεί στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο στον καναπέ που μετατρέπεται σε κρεβάτι. Κατόπιν αιτήματος, μπορούμε να παρέχουμε ένα επιπλέον μονό κρεβάτι. Για τους επισκέπτες που έχουν βρέφη, διαθέτουμε πάρκο. Η κουζίνα είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένη και υπάρχουν όλα όσα χρειάζεστε για να μαγειρέψετε και να απολαύσετε τις διακοπές σας. Country house

Relax in this tranquil, elegant and fairytale space with multi-level sunny courtyards!!! The Country House is located in the old alleys of Leonidio and consists of 2 levels. On the first level there is a comfortable living room and a fully equipped kitchen, while on the upper floor there are a bathroom and two bedrooms that communicate with each other with an internal wooden staircase. From both levels there is access to the outside areas of the house! Enjoy unique moments!

Καλώς ήρθατε στο μικρό μας φωτεινό διαμέρισμα στην καρδιά του Λεωνιδίου. Από το μπαλκόνι απολαμβάνετε τη θέα στον επιβλητικό Κοκκινόβραχο, τη γραφική γειτονιά της Σίου και τον κήπο μας. Το σπίτι μας μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει δύο ενήλικες. Είναι ιδανικό για ζευγάρια που αγαπούν τη φύση και την ηρεμία, αλλά δε θέλουν να στερούνται τις ανέσεις της πόλης. Θα βρειτε καταστήματα, καφέ, εστιατόρια και τράπεζα σε απόσταση μόλις λίγων μέτρων από το σπίτι.

Agroktima Farm Cottage

Situated at the foot of Mount Parnon, Agroktima guesthouse is surrounded by a lush green garden and consists of ten farm houses, samples of the Tsakonian architecture. Unprocessed stone, wood and iron have been harmoniously put together, creating a unique setting. The traditional furnishings, the wooden ceilings, the handmade needlework, the country-style fireplace and the stone-paved courtyard add to the houses a rustic charm.

Orange grove cottage

My stone farmhouse is surrounded by 11 acres of orange trees,lemon trees and much more trees which fruits you can taste. The backyard under the giant mulberry among with the old well relaxes and takes you back in time and makes you feel part of nature .The cottage is located in the fields of Leonidio(2.5km from center & 600meters from sea),against the red rock/cliffs you will be climbing.

Welcome to our home! Originally built more than a century and a half ago, now fully renovated in 2019. It combines the traditional with modern style, providing all amenities to suit your needs. The airy and sunny rooms will make you feel more than welcome. The house is located within a short distance from the centre (700m) while Lakkos beach and the port of Plaka are a short drive away.
