Cozy studio in well maintained house from 1900. 150 sq ft with full size bed. Unit is comfortable for one, tight for two. Right in small town of Amenia. Front porch with seats/table. Walking to food, shops, drive-in movie theatre, and rail trail. Trail is 1/4 mile from house, paved and only allows walking/biking. On trail: Arts village Wassaic (3 miles south) Millerton (8 miles north). Train to NYC is 2.5m south. Tons in area: wineries, distillery, lakes, hiking, theatre & quaint towns.

Beautiful and clean one bedroom unit (with own bathroom, living room, fridge, and kitchenette-no stove) with easy off-street parking! Private entrance and easy walk to the White Plains Metro North Station! Great for those visiting NYC, working at nearby hospitals or companies, commuting into the city, or visiting family in Westchester! Living room sofa can become a futon to sleep on. We have toddlers, but we always try to keep any noise to a minimum, and they usually are in bed by 8 PM.

Owner lives on the property and is happy to introduce you to the horses Lincoln, Domino, and Forceti. The house has its own driveway and sits on two acres and is quiet and private. We have a great internet connection, with two working spaces set up in the house (1 in the bedroom and another in the kitchen) for remote work.
