This apartment is the ideal place for a relaxing stay in close contact with nature. The loft is located in the roof-top of an ancient house in a green residential area just outside Vienna. Its large windows looking into the green and the interior made of ancient wood grant a unique relaxing feeling. In zwei Minuten Fußweg erreicht man Busstation (Bus fährt direkt zum Schloss Schönbrunn) und in sieben Minuten die S-Bahn ( Schloss Belvedere und U-Bahn). Auswahl an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

A one minute walk brings you to the tram station, which connects you directly to the historical city center by only 8 stops (no changing trains). The apartment is right next to a park so there's hardly any traffic. The whole building is brand-new (construction work finalized in January 2022). It has a private 19m2 terrace with comfy lounge furniture, accessible from the bed- & living room.
