Unser Haus in guter Wohnlage ist nur 10 bis 15 Minuten Gehzeit entfernt von Mödlings Bahnhof und historischem Stadtzentrum. Die nahe Metropole Wien ist mit dem Zug bestens erreichbar. Der Nachtbus aus Wien hält um die Ecke. Der angrenzende Wienerwald ist ein Paradies für Wanderer, Radfahrer, Läufer und Mountainbiker. Die Weinbauern der Umgebung bieten regionale Köstlichkeiten.

Tram 60 Stop 3 minutes walk away, the tram brings you to the city center (Wien Westbahnhof, Mariahilfer Straße) in about 30 minutes. Schloss Schönbrunn is 20 minutes away from the villa. The house is owned by an Italian/Austrian family and very charming. Extremely quiet area with a garden view and the possibility to use the park/garden.
