Fully furnished with A Minisplit Heat Pump/ AC, and Propane "wood stove" well water, and high speed WiFi. Within 30 minutes of Lincoln and 1 hr of Bangor. Both towns have shopping, restaurants,etc.

There is great hiking/xc skiing in our huge back yard (Sunrise trail/Maine reserve land) Rustic farm apartment with full kitchen, breakfast foods provided first day. Farm veg can be bought in season & our own wine, jam, hot sauce, maple syrup. Can accommodate 6 folks, one in a cupola! Hot shower & heat. There is a sawdust compost toilet-Easy to use & no smell! Lakefront cottage on 47 acre Tracy pond. The pond has no public access so it is quiet with only my home and another Air BnB on site. You share the backyard with my home. Loons, eagle, deer, otter and beaver are around. It has a fully equipped kitchen, deck and gas grill along with a stone firepit. Minutes to Bangor airport and downtown and one hour to Acadia National Park. You can swim and boat on the pond with kayaks and a canoe provided. Pets welcome but keep on leash and clean up after.

A place for adventure in the shadows of Mt Katahdin. Located on a quiet dead end road with many Amish people and horses . The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique space. Baxter park, Katahdin woods and waters national monument, hiking, biking and white water rafting nearby. ATV and snowmobile from here on fantastic statewide trail system. Groceries, restaurant and fuel 5 minutes away. Shin pond 30 miles-Milli Houlton, Lincoln 45 miles- Bangor 85 miles.
