A private garden is also part of the quiet countryside accommodation.

Plenty of free parking, TV, Wifi, ideal for couples or families. Separate laundry facilities and additional toilet situated close by. Pets negotiable, grazing and facilities for horses also available.

Our house has a self contained guest house situated on a 4ha (10 acre) lifestyle block offering you a quiet and peaceful location. It has a comfortable queen size bed with separate ensuite, kitchen and lounge. We can accommodate an extra adult/child (double sofa bed or single mattress) we have all the necessary things for babies and toddlers. Tea, coffee, milk and toast come free of charge. We are located 12 minutes from Christchurch CBD, near Prebbleton and 15 minutes to the airport.
