Stylish Pin Mill Boathouse - Stunning River Views

The Blackhouse Boatshed is a stylish new small house boasting stunning panoramic views over the boatbuilding and sailing hamlet of Pin Mill and the famous Butt and Oyster pub. Designed and built by local architects and craftspeople, the house is a perfect base for couples, close to the waterfront and in the heart of beautiful Suffolk countryside. There is a fantastic choice of walks, cycling, and horse rides, as well as opportunities to get onto or into the water or stay in and be cosy.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Once the site office for the builders of this row of Victorian town houses, this is now a delightful and characterful holiday home. We offer a beautifully decorated sitting and dining area, comfortable bed and a compact modern shower room. You will have fast broadband, tv with Sky/Netflix. Microwave, kettle & toaster, bread & cereal to make breakfast. You have your own entrance and can sit in our garden where you may be joined by our pets.

A cosy cottage style property, ideal for couples or young families. It has a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere to unwind you from the moment you arrive. The hot tub is for exclusive use. It is surrounded by the beautiful Suffolk countryside, with walks on your doorstep. A mile away you will find a selection of shops, pubs/ restaurants, farm shop. The area boasts many places to visit, Bury St Edmunds, Lavenham, the coast at Aldeburgh and Southwold, Framlingham Castle and many more.

Bijou cabin next to the sea

The cabin lies in the grounds of the hosts main dwelling which is situated within 200 yards of Frinton's spectacular greensward and beautiful sandy beaches. The cabin is within a very leisurely 10-15 mins walk to the facilities of both Frinton and Walton where there is an abundance of shops, cafes, eating establishments and entertainment. Further afield and depending on your interests there are many other outstanding places to visit which I'd be only too happy to discuss with you.

Elms studio

Welcome to Elms Studio in our garden. We are situated on the A120 Ramsey Harwich with Countryside views . with Harwich Town and the ferry port less than a 10 minute drive away. Also within 3.8 miles to Dovercourt bay award winning beach with pubs and restaurants. Please note this is for 2 adults maximum no children or pets. We supply tea, coffee, milk , cereals for breakfast. Our check in times are 4pm to 8pm unless arrange prior to booking. please be aware we live on a busy road,

Charming studio w/river view and nearby beach

A secluded studio apartment set in the Suffolk Coasts and Heaths AONB. The self-contained flat benefits from river views and the beautiful Harkstead beach is at the bottom of the garden. The studio is newly built and equipped with all you need for a comfortable visit to the countryside The newly opened pub The Wild Rabbit in Harkstead is a 5 minute walk away. Ideally located for riverside walks, cycling through quiet country lanes and a variety of water sports.

The Hideaway, Lark Cottage

Hideaway je savršeno utočište iz kojeg možete istražiti historijski Pin Mill i poluostrvo Shotley, opuštanje uz prekrasne šetnje, promatranje ptica i dobru hranu u lokalnom pubu ili pronaći miran radni prostor u privatnom vrtu okruženom divljim životinjama. Hideaway je smješten preko privatnog puta od glavne kuće i udaljen je 150 m od rijeke Orwell. Šetnje šumom u vlasništvu AONB-a i Heathlanda su vam na pragu. Pub Butt & Oyster udaljen je nekoliko minuta hoda.
