This boutique tiny home is situated in the picturesque Upper Valley of Vermont. The nearly 50 acres of private land is equal parts woods and water. You will wake to the mooing of dairy cows. Have your coffee on the porch while watching birds dive for their breakfast on the pond. Inside you will find every modern amenity. A fully appointed chef's kitchen. A living area filled with comfy furnishings and a cozy fireplace. Upstairs is a queen bedroom with an ensuite double showered bathroom. Heaven!

Beautiful, quiet and secluded lakeside cottage. Enjoy amazing sunsets on our pristine lake. Swim, kayak, fish or just relax and take in the natural beauty. Please know that while we feel our sanitation and cleanliness of the Cottage is exceptional, we have doubled our efforts providing multiple cleanings between guests. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Directly across from 20 Mile Bay on Lake Winnipesaukee in Tuftonboro. This 4 bedroom / 2.5 bathroom home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. The front deck overlooks the lake with unobstructed views. We provide kayaks, inflatable boats, & beach chairs for guests. The property is surrounded by conservation land. The Chandler Wild Park Trail has an entrance right in front of the property. It is perfect for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and walking.

Welcome to Kirkland Cottage! Located a two minute drive from Ossipee Lake and near the White Mountains, we are a great base for all New Hampshire has to offer! Explore lakes, mountains, and hiking trails, while being just an hour from Portland and Portsmouth. Kirkland Cottage house is 9 minutes to King Pine Ski area, 30 minutes to Cranmore, and 25 minutes to North Conway, which has great shopping, skiing, hiking, and lots of restaurants.

This is one room with a queen bed and a 3/4 bathroom. Breakfast nook, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker. This room comes with it's own seperate entrance, private bathroom, and private patio (Patio is not open in the winter). Also we have off street parking for one or two cars. I am new to hosting, so for now please a two person max. Walking distance to downtown. Less than 100 yards and you are in the middle of downtown Meredith.
