The suite is essentially an apartment with 2 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, dining, laundry, & spacious living space. It's perfect for families, groups, or couples to enjoy a Rocky Mountain getaway.

This gorgeous, brand new, guest suite with a private entrance and private covered patio is located in the vibrant Highlands neighborhood. Only four blocks from beautiful Sloan's lake where you can enjoy paddleboarding and bike trails. With e-bikes and scooters on every corner, the 3 mile trip to Union Station downtown is a breeze. The space is also within easy walking distance to three of the hottest neighborhoods in Denver that host some of the most popular bars, restaurants, and breweries.

Mountain Chalet - Panoramic Views 45 Min to Denver

Serenity at 8,000 feet with Pine and Aspen trees. Address is Littleton, but it's part of the Conifer mountain community. The Chalet is a private quarters above our garage with a separate deck and entrance. We also host elopements and micro-weddings! Overlook mountains to the west and the Denver to the east. Hot tub is on the back deck of main house and overlooks city lights! Groceries, dining and hiking trails only 15 minutes away. There is no A/C. 4WD vehicles are required October - April.

Take it easy at this self-contained getaway. Entrance at side of house, combination lock (which locks by itself after 60sec). Perfect for one, could fit two snugly if they share the twin bed. Low (6’ 2”)ceilings. Low shower. The plumbing rumbles when the pump runs. Outdoor areas are the only shared areas. Family members may go out the side door at times. The unit is pet friendly, you can bring your animal. If you are allergic to pets/are over 5’10” the unit might not be a good fit.

It's secure and inside a brick home in an established neighborhood of Historic Old Town Littleton. Short walk to cool, downtown Littleton's many restaurants, bars, shops, light rail, bus lines, recreation center, and parks. We are also easy drives to many of the area's wedding venues. 20 minute drive/ 25 minute light-rail ride to downtown Denver and 25 min. drive to Red Rocks theater.

Beautiful, sustainable, all solar home with lots of windows and a view of the mountains in a safe farm-y neighborhood served by Uber, 10 min. from Red Rocks Amphitheater, the charming town of Morrison, Dinosaur Ridge, Bear Creek Lake, hiking/biking and the Rocky Mountains, just 20 min. from downtown Denver, the Broncos, Rockies, etc. Your suite is the lower level of our home with a private entrance & patio . No smoking—cigarettes, vaping, or marijuana. No Pets or animals.

Enjoy a short (or long!) stay at my guest suite in Sloan's Lake. Whether in town for work, a concert, or just a quick get-away, you'll find everything you need in this guest suite w/ kitchenette. Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!

Located just a short walk away from the light-rail which can take you to many restaurants, breweries and attractions. There is plenty of free street parking, generally right in front of the unit. We are usually home on the property and are available to assist when necessary.
