This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. Í Fjósinum

Í Fjósinum Glæd dig til at bo i et af Færøernes ældste huse. I dette hus kan du nyde den helt særlige stemning, af hjemlig og hyggelig atmosfære. Her er skæve vinkler, lavt til loftet, og en noget stejl trappe op til loftet, men dog god at gå på, hvor 2 soveværelser og badeværelse er. I stueetagen er der gangen, stuen og køkkenet, som er nænsomt renoveret, for to år siden. Der er udsigt til søen og de høje fjelde fra vinduerne.

Charming cottage next to the Atlantic

This house is build after a model from 1870. The atmosphere is there even you stay in a warm well equipped little cottage. Its 35 m2 big, and have one room and toilet and a small kitchen. A loft under the ceiling can host 2 persons extra. Keep in mind that there is still only one room to stay in. The house is in a charming village 56 km from Tórshavn.

Cozy cabin sitting in the small valley Vesturi í Dal, with the river Gjógvará running just by. The location offers a wonderful natural playground for children, the peace and quiet that only nature has to offer, all while being within a couple of kilometers of shops, resturant, bar, cultural house and information office.

Cosy traditional house in small village

Older very cozy small house in the great nature area in the village of Haldarsvík. The house is next to a river, the local church and a small beach. The spectacular Fossá is only a walk of less then 3 km away. By car there are 5 minutes to Tjørnuvík and less then 45 minutes to Tórshavn.

The house is very old. Originally the house was half the size it is today, only around 15m2. In 1884 they built it bigger, around 29m2. Nobody knows how old the original house is. People have been living in the small village of Tjørnuvík for thousand years.
