Enjoy Loch Voil, explore the hills, and watch the wildlife. Soak in the wood-fired hot tub. Cook alfresco on the fire-pit or retire to the Nordic style BBQ hut.(*subject to availability) to end the day.

Located on the waters edge of Loch Katrine in the heart of the Loch Lomond and Trossachs National Park. The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with washer/dryer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Linens are provided for your stay. From 01.09.25 we have a new hot tub and sauna available. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate a Sunday arrival or departure.

Situated on the grounds of a working sheep farm, guests can enjoy the quiet atmosphere. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.

Comrie is 2 miles away, with the picturesque town of Crieff 5 miles away, with Glasgow and Edinburgh around 60 minutes away. The Annexe is ideal for a couples getaway or family holiday, which has a hot tub and could include a range of activities.

The cottage was built around 1890 to house the Ploughman for Goatfield Farm, and has been extensively remodelled to create a unique getaway.
