And with its tasteful antique and repurposed vintage furnishings, you will be surrounded by elegance and comfort. Original hardwood floors! Tiled kitchen and baths! And with the front porch sunsets second to none, you will love making a splash at the Mermaid Cottage!

Shell House a 170 year old private estate that sits on three acres with 500 year old registered live oak trees. Located on the Gulf of Mexico there is a private beach just out your front door.. The property is walking distance to restaurants, fishing and sailing. We are also a short distance from 12 Casinos. The estate has a Pool House that sleeps 6 two in one room and four in the other room. A Bungalow that sleeps 4 two in one room and two in the other room. See Photos.
