The award winning Jourdan River Steamer is less than a 2 minute boat ride. You can also rent pontoon boats for the family in the neighborhood. This is a three acre 170 year old private estate property with 500 year old registered live oak trees. The Bungalow also has a covered parking space. Guests are required to sign a waiver, provide ID, and their auto insurance before using the golf cart. Pet fee applies.
