This house is a classic raised ranch on pilings. It has modern conveniences and beach-y decor. The location is great (2.5 blocks or 1/4 mile to beach)

The backyard has been professionally landscaped and finished with composite decking, a pergola and stair access to the deck. There is plenty of parking and a location near the beach, bay, and attractions. $100 cleaning fee for stays less than 1 week. 4 beach badges are included. Pets are welcome on a case by case basis.
