The Old Stable provides comfortable self contained accommodation in the picturesque village of Stanford in the Vale, located in the beautiful Vale of White Horse close to the Ridgeway. We are 12 miles west of Oxford and within easy reach of the Cotswolds and River Thames. Village amenities include a pub, cafe and supermarket. The accommodation, located on two floors with private entrance, has an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining and TV sitting area. There is an en-suite bath/shower.

Sylishly decorated and comfortable, with a small kitchenette; en-suite bathroom complete with shower and a woodburner for those cooler evenings. Set in 3/4 acre of grassed space with a wooded backdrop and views of the Ridgeway, the tranquil setting will allow you to relax, especially while luxuriating in the wood fired hot tub. We are a few minutes’ walk away from The Old Spotted Cow pub. The cottage is full of country character and the interiors reflect our love of travel.
