Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

Experience country living with expansive views over the vineyard and valley. Open the dining room, lounge and bedroom doors wide open to enjoy an idyllic private setting. It's a perfect base to explore both regions. The ferry in Picton is approximately 1h10min away. Watch the sunrise over the Pacific, take a stroll down to the beach to visit the seal colony or simply enjoy the serenity this private cottage has to offer with a book in hand.

Our cozy north facing one bedroom cottage is located 40min South of Blenheim, 3km off State Highway 1. Situated on a working Sheep and Beef farm. 1700 ha to explore (mountain bike, walk, horse. Yards available for horses). 5min from Ward Beach, 10min from Kekerengu store and 30min from Middle Hill MTB. A great stop pre or post ferry. Area available to pitch a tent if required.
