Kalgan Retreat -Pet Friendly holiday accommodation

The beautifully appointed 2 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom Chalet is located on a semi-rural property, only 15 minutes from Albany CBD. With everything a family could need. We are a Pet Friendly retreat with plenty of room for your pets to run and play. A short walk through the property you will find the Kalgan River, where you can kayak with the family. We have plenty of kayaks for you to use free of charge. We have a few friendly farm animals including Nigerian Dwarf goats, horses and an alpaca.

River’s End Retreat

For couples wanting a romantic escape. Relax and unwind in this bespoke Tiny House overlooking the Kalgan River. Located on 30ac we are a small working farm. Sheep, alpacas and horses graze the paddocks and you may even get a visit from one of our pet kangaroos. From the deck you can listen to abundant bird life and fish rising in the river while enjoying a glass of local wine next to the fire. Close to walk trails, river and beaches come and explore all this amazing region has to offer.

Chesterfarm and Stables

Our property has been lovingly, restored, with a difference. We have one bedroom located off the front verandah and one bedroom accessible from the back entry and two bedrooms within the home, great for two families, giving people their own space. Surrounded by 74 acres, only 5 minutes from Albany CBD. There is a large farmhouse kitchen, beautifully furnished areas. On balmy nights you can huddle around a cosy fire pit under the stars roasting marshmallows and relaxing with a glass of wine

stableBASE is a sunny, architect-designed wing of our home, just a short drive from Albany’s centre, beaches, scenic walks, and National Parks. The accommodation is spacious, thoughtfully designed, with high-quality fixtures throughout, & suits up to 4 guests: Bed 1: Queen bed & ensuite Bed 2: Two king singles & ensuite See note about bedroom availability below The living area combines lounge, dining, & a fully equipped kitchen with induction cooktop, opening onto a private sunny deck.

In town, off grid, healthy stay.

Separate entrance from hosts. Only filtered rain water (including showers), non chemical soaps, washing materials, off grid (battery) power, so no failures, organic breakfast foods. No microwave oven but have an electric oven, fry pan & rice/porridge cooker & wifi is available. Large TV with sporting and movie channels available. We have a renovated home, over 100 yrs old, with real character. Please be careful with water usage as we have only rain water, but sufficient for the whole year.

Spencer Townhouse

Spencer townhouse is architecturally designed, newly constructed October 2021, and specified to the highest standards. We provide undercover car parking, (sorry, one car only due to site limitations) together with comfortable accommodation for our valued guests. The Albany Heritage precinct, marina, pubs, restaurants, and Hilton Garden hotel are within a few minutes walk. The upstairs reading nook, with sofa bed, has views across Princess Royal Harbour towards the Albany Wind Farm.

New spacious studio apartment with modern fresh furnishings.Amenities include full kitchen, bathroom and laundry with washing machine/dryer. This in-town apartment is a 5 minute stroll to the university, bars, restaurants, coffee shops and historic Albany. The marina, with Entertainment Centre, restaurants and coffee shops are a 10 minute walk away.Beyond, nearby Lawley Park, there is ready access to walking & bike trails, enabling guests to visit Middleton Beach and Emu Point.

Woodlands Retreat is your secret getaway nestled among the stunning Porongurup Ranges on 40 hectares of wilderness, offering jaw-dropping views that will leave you speechless. This romantic hideout has two roomy bedrooms, each with its own rainwater shower ensuite, a private indoor spa for relaxation, a gourmet kitchen, a warm and inviting lounge, complete with a wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cozy evenings together. Lights Cottage - Farm Stay

Lights Cottage is a secluded, newly renovated heritage cottage located on Lights Beach Farm. Wake up in the mornings surrounded by cattle, kangaroos, and native birds. Then pack your cup, walk across the road to Monkey Rock and have your morning sunrise coffee overlooking Lights Beach, Ocean Beach, and William Bay. Explore 300 acres of farmland and walk the Bibbulmun Track, which conveniently runs through the property and down to the back beach cliffline.

A stunning hillside holiday home with breathtaking lake, ocean and island views. Spot whales breaching from the balcony, which is complete with a 2 person Canadian cedar sauna.
