Set over three floors, surrounded by beautiful gardens, it has been renovated with great care, to the highest standard of design, using quality materials and finishes. It is 12 minutes walk from Kendal town center's many independent shops and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to our local pub the Rifleman's Arms.

Located at the end of a narrow track, it is surrounded by woodland, fields and two streams. Cosy and comfortable, the Cottage is the perfect base from which to explore the Lune Valley or make easy day trips into the Dales or Lake District National Parks.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic.
