The house is spacious with a large open plan living area with a kitchen and downstairs toilet with shower. Upstairs is the main bathroom with bath and shower over and three bedrooms. All rooms are freshly painted and are bright and airy. The driveway will fit two cars and there are good amenities nearby.

The cottages are new builds at the front of a converted farm yard. The farm yard now sells timber garden buildings such as log cabins.

It offers you all you need for a comfortable stay and has been recently renovated throughout. We are situated in a village location just off the A47 between the historic towns of Kings Lynn and Wisbech and is just a short drive from Sandringham and the beautiful North Norfolk coast.
