Conveniently located for exploring Cambridge and surrounding area, with free parking onsite, a frequent bus or an easy cycle to the city centre, and several excellent cafés, pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance. Bicycles are available free of charge. Every stay with us helps to fund the much-needed restoration of our Grade-II listed cottage. Thank you!

Best suited for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

Large 2 bed House in Picturesque Madingley Village

Set in one of the quaintest Cambridge villages set only three miles from Cambridge City centre. With 2 double bedrooms, a large lounge and diner and well equipped, fully fitted kitchen. This is a large, pretty single-storey cottage with secure parking and a private garden. It is extremely warm and cosy, with the added benefit of a gas fire. Just step out the back gate and walk to Madingley Hall in minutes. It is also just across the road from the award-winning 3 Horseshoes' Country Pub!

At Cambridgeshire Lakes, we believe that your holiday should start from the moment you drive down our rural, tree-lined track and into the serenity of our stunning lakeside location. The lodge provides a stylish and comfortable accommodation for couples or groups of four people. The vaulted living area includes a large dining table, two comfy sofas surrounding the wood burner and a large flat screen Smart TV. We currently have four lodges available on the site (sleeping 16 in total).

Hauxton is a quiet, attractive village located just 3.9 miles south of Cambridge city centre – nature, green spaces and rural walks in abundance yet super easy to get into Cambridge, the perfect base to explore. London access nearby (rail or road) and a 5 minute drive from the M11. Discounts may be available for long stays.

Our 28m² Garden Studio is a 3-minute walk from the scenic Cam River and conveniently located near the heart of Cambridge. This beautifully designed space features a king-sized bed and plush sofa, complemented by underfloor heating and black-out blinds, ensuring a cozy atmosphere. This garden retreat offers the perfect blend of comfort and tranquility with a private outdoor seating area. Parking is not available on the premises however parking areas nearby can be recommended.

This stylish self contained getaway is in a vibrant village just south of dreamy Cambridge. Walking distance to local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, arts centre, supermarket, pharmacy, library and deli. Very well connected by cycleways to Cambridge and the countryside, road, rail and bus. Plenty to see and enjoy in the beautiful villages, yet accessible to London, Stansted airport, Newmarket Racecourse, Duxford IWM, Addenbrookes Hospital and the bio medical campuses.
