Nalazi se na samo 15 minuta od glavne ceste A20 koja ide od sjevera prema jugu i saobraćajnih veza prema jugozapadu. Međutim, ima prednost mirne lokacije u starom historijskom dijelu i svih sadržaja ovog lijepog grada. Nalazimo se u južnoj centralnoj Francuskoj, sjeverno od prekrasnog grada Limogesa. Često se naziva francuski Lake District, a mi smo 25 minuta udaljeni od St Pardouxa, gdje se nalaze plaže za kupanje i vodeni park. Besplatan Wi-Fi u cijelom smještaju.

Lokalni bar/prodavnica je udaljen dvije minute hoda. Villa Lierre je udaljena 5 minuta od velikog supermarketa u L’Isle Jourdainu. Circuit du Val de Vienne udaljen je 15 minuta vožnje automobilom. U blizini se nalaze historijski gradovi koje treba istražiti, a rijeka Vienne je kratka šetnja kroz selo.

Our property is in a peaceful location with countryside garden views, yet just a few minutes' walk to two restaurants/ bars & five minutes’ walk to the amenities of historical Le Dorat main square with its bars, restaurants, shops and train station giving access to Poitiers, Limoges & Paris. The pretty courtyard & large garden are home to fruit trees. With sun/ shade spots & wildlife.

Les gites du vieux verger, gîte 2 personnes situé à la gauche de la ferme, avec un porche et une porte d'entrée individuelle. Une terrasse privée avec un jacuzzi (fermé du 06 oct au 21 avril) et un salon de jardin permettent de prendre le soleil, on y accède en traversant la cour. Un barbecue est fourni, vous permettant de manger en plein air et de profiter des belles soirées estivales. Nous laissons également à disposition des produits pour votre petit déjeuner.
