Our grand father's stone house lays there. In 2022 we renovated it with respect to its traditional style, into a spacious idyllic guesthouse for 2+1 people, fully adapted to the traditional community of Makrinitsa, and yet providing modern amenities. Mountain cottage overlooking the sea

On the lushly green Mount Pelion, in an authentic village, our house combines access to the sea (10 km) and ski resort area (7 kms). It can serve as a base for walking or driving to the many pictureque villages and beaches of this mountain. The house includes a garden with shady trees, also cherries and apricots in their season, and is only two minutes away from a mini market, restaurant, pharmacie and the wonderful square. Fully equipped and provided with maps and books about the region.

Anna's Poolside Villa

Anna's Villa is located in the dreamlike location of a traditional settlement of Makrinitsa. Walking through the traditional cobbled streets and within the dense, evergreen vegetation of the magical mountain, you will find yourself in our beautiful setting that is ideal for both families and couples, and for those of any age. Provides all-in-one amenities, giving you unique moments of relaxation and well-being.For the house you have to walk 100 meters in the traditional cobbled streets.

The home of Centaurs

The house stands in the historic village of Portaria Pelion and it is about 500 m. from the central square. It's altitude is 630m., and has a spectacular view to Pagasitikos and the town of Volos. You can enjoy this view not only from the balcony but also inside the house. Furthermore the Ski Centre of Pelion is only 14km. far and the city of Volos 12km. Last but not least the beautiful beaches of Pelion are located in 31km. from Portaria.

Ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα στην πανέμορφη συνοικία των Αγίων Ταξιαρχών Τσαγκαράδας. 15' λεπτά από τη μαγευτική παραλία του Μυλοποτάμου. Διαθέτει 3 υπνοδωμάτια, 1 μπάνιο, 1 επιπλέον wc στο ένα από τα δωμάτια, κουζίνα με τα απαραίτητα σκεύη και σαλονοτραπεζαρία. Απίθανη θέα σε βουνό και θάλασσα, 100μ από εστιατόρια, μίνι μάρκετ και κρεοπωλείο. Το σπιτι βρισκεται μεσα στο πρασινο, η περιοχη προσφερεται για περιπατους και αποδρασεις στη φυση.

Στο παραδοσιακό χωριό της Μακρινίτσας ανηφορίζοντας και περπατώντας 200μ πλακόστρωτου καλντεριμιού θα βρεθείτε στη Βρύση Τσώνη. Εκεί δίπλα βρίσκεται η πλήρως ανακαινισμένη πέτρινη οικία που προσφέρεται για να περάσετε στιγμές ηρεμίας και χαλάρωσης ατενίζοντας την πανοραμική θέα που σας προσφέρεται απλόχερα. Χώρος απλός λιτός όπως αρμόζει σε ένα χωριό του Πηλίου.

Το διαμέρισμα μας είναι ένας ζεστός και φιλόξενος χώρο για αυτούς που θέλουν να ανακαλύψουν τη φυσική ομορφιά του βουνού, σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την πόλη του Βόλου. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, στα καλντερίμια της Πορταριάς, και το σπίτι μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει μέχρι 5 άτομα.

Το σπιτι μας βρισκεται μολις 1,5χλμ απο το κεντρο της Ζαγορας σε μια εκταση 4 στρεμματων με οπωροφορα δεντρα απαλλαγμενο απο θορυβους. Η πανοραμικη θεα απο το μπαλκονι του σπιτιου θα σας ενθουσιασει. Ιδανικο για ολες τις εποχες του χρονου εφοσον συνδιαζει βουνο και θαλασσα!

The materials used are considered art constructions, perfectly safe for health and give the entire building a natural colour image. My villa is suitable for couples, business travellers and families (with children).

The chalet was built in 1928 with local stone from Pelion and has a special architectural design and was recently completely renovated (2016). The view is impressive and the interior of the house boasts the romance of another era with all modern-day comforts. The property has two floors and a garden (1000 sqm).
