Freshwater house is a brand new house, architecturally designed with holiday rentals in mind. Set in 8 acres of rolling pasture it looks over a valley and the waterfall on Margaret River. The little siren is a self contained studio at the rear of our property. It’s located in a unique little pocket of Margaret River, looking out over Gas bay surf break and the Cape Leeuwin ridge. An adults only ( no babies either sorry), oasis in which to explore the cape, snuggle up & read books or simply spend the night watching stars from your bed. Our bedroom is on a mezzanine level, the bathroom is downstairs, please note that there are multiple stairs on the property.

Want to get away from the the city or daily life then our property is a great spot to relax. Or is great base yourself if explore the region. It is perfect for couples. We are located between town & the beach, tucked away but still close to everything. Trees & wildlife are all around. We have 3 horses as well. The town centre of Margaret River is close. The cottage is situated at the bottom of our 8 acre property, which we live on. Approval no. 2098

Petit Eco Cabin at Windows Estate

A single, architecturally designed timber cabin, nestled into the trees by the lake, overlooking our certified organic vineyard. Ample amounts of natural light filter through the trees with vineyard & farmland views framed by each window. The stunning waterfall window in the bedroom connects the inside with the out, creating a memorable feature & allowing you to sleep under the stars. Please note the cabin is an adults only retreat.

Come and stay at Rosa River Ranch! Meet the alpacas and enjoy an escape to nature. 12 minutes from the centre of Margaret River and minutes from several wineries, horseback riding and the Berry Farm. The property includes all the essential amenities to provide a relaxing and stress free stay.
