The Lundgren Tree Farm

Located on 40 beautiful wooded acres in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, the Lundgren Tree Farm was founded by my grandfather Vic Lundgren in the early 1960s. Originally it was an 1880s homestead farm with a two bedroom log cabin and several out buildings. Over the years, my grandfather planted tens of thousands of trees on the property, painted hundreds of water colors and oil paintings documenting the natural flora and fauna, and converted a barn and other structures into additional bedrooms, an art studio, library and meditation room, and the Silver Dollar Pool Hall. As a lawyer, judge, artist and nature lover, Vic stocked the property with art, books, records and sculpture making the Lundgren Farm incredibly beautiful, inspiring and authentic. Just blocks from Lake Michigan, the Farm is a refuge for animals and artists alike, with trails, a fire pit, and rich solitude from city living. The log cabin farmhouse hosts two bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area, living room and full bath. It is filled with art, books, antiques, and a functional record player, organ and cast iron fireplace. The barn is not your ordinary structure, as it holds five seperate rooms - two bedrooms, an art studio, Vic's office and the meditation room. The open common area is rustic and contains a small workshop. The "Chicken Coupe" is a one bedroom outbuilding located behind the farmhouse, with a full bath (and one of the more modern sleeping quarters). All of the bedrooms have nice linens, wool blankets, mosquito netting (sometimes necessary) and antique furnishings. The screened gazebo next to the pond, is a wonderful place to read, eat or just sit back and listen to the frogs, birds and other wildlife that frequent the property.

The General Store: 85" TV|Bunk Room|Waterfrront

The General Store is a fully remodeled 4 bed, 1 bath home perfect for family vacations or group gatherings. This is Side A of the waterfront duplex, it features an oversized living room with an 85" TV, plenty of board games, and a high-top bar & dining table for gathering. Outdoors, enjoy shared amenities including a large deck, fire pit, tables , dock, and swing. Two kayaks and two SUPs are available for fun on the river. Just 30 minutes from Lambeau Field with local limo services for game day.

Oconto Falls, the nearby town has places to swim, catch your limit in fish, or go on an adventure. Come evening put some food on the grill and enjoy a meal where all 10 people can sit around the table. Than relax by the Niagara Escarpment stone fireplace or take a bath in the master whirlpool Jacuzzi. This house has it all.

Beautiful lakefront home on ATV/snowmobile trails

Rent our beautiful lake home with a magnificent water view. This is a chance to get away to a little piece of heaven on a fairly quiet lake. Neighbors to the east are an older couple typically there throughout the summer but very quiet. Neighbors to the west usually reside on weekends. Bars and restaurants are approximately 4-5 miles away in the small town of Armstrong Creek. Guests will be contacted via email with additional information and to answer questions you may have.

Winding River Cottages-Evergreen Cottage

The Evergreen Cottage is one of the units at Winding River Cottages on the Menominee. There is one other cottage and one house also on the property. This cottage is directly on the Menominee River, very close to Marinette, WI/ Menominee, MI. It has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, a full kitchen with full-size stainless steel appliances (stove/oven, refrigerator, over-the-stove microwave), and a living area with a 50" TV, chair, and futon, which can convert into a full-size bed.

Relax with the whole family in the north woods. The cabin is located just minutes from the sandstone reservoir boat launch, atv/snowmobile trails, and Desmidt's golf course. It is also near many local bars and restaurants and just minutes from downtown Crivitz. The cabin has two bedrooms with queen sized beds and a couch in the living room that converts to a bed. There is plenty of room on the property for additional tents or campers.
