This "A-Frame" sits on the bank of the famous White River in Gassville, AR. There is approximately 500 sq. feet downstairs that includes a full kitchen, bathroom with a shower, and a washer and dryer. There is a living room and a sleeper sofa for an additional bed downstairs. There is 280 sq. feet upstairs that includes a queen bed and two twin beds.
