WHITE RIVER FISHING W/COVERED BOAT DOCK! This home is 4 bedroom 3 bath. There's 2 tvs w/Dish, dvd player & dvds. The home is not equipped with wifi. There's a set of stairs in the house. We sit at the end of a private drive. Great fishing off the dock which is a short walk from the house. There are stairs down to the dock. This stretch of river is world class fishing. This is Studio unit #3 in a 4 unit house called the Magnolia House that sits on the White River between Gastons and the White River State Park in Lakeview, Arkansas. You can rent all 4 units and 2 RVs for multiple families if available. Many rent Studio unit #3 along with unit #4 because they can be assessable to each other. This studio sleeps 3 comfortably. There is one queen bed and one folding twin bed in the living area. This unit does not have a view of the White River. #4 does.
