This downtown duplex is in a QUIET area just a 1/2 mile to the hotels, Grand Wayne Center, The Embassy, and Parkview Field. Many downtown restaurants and attractions a fair weather walk or short drive. My dad always said stay in a place as nice as your own home if not nicer, and this is it! The building will sleep 4-5 with a comfy double bed, a pull out sofa and an additional sofa. It is decorated with fun mid century furniture and decor. You are within walking distance to several good restaurants and the local drinking hole (The Wine Stable), Falls Park, walking trails. Studio has shower/bath, 1 queen bed, a full size futon, queen size blowup mattress and kitchen.
