Eine gemütliche helle Wohnung erwartet euch hier. Die Wohnung liegt in eine ruhige aber zentrale Lage von Hagen. Die Fern Uni ist nur 10 Minuten Fußweg entfernt. Studenten der Fernuni, Frauen und Mädels sind hier sehr willkommen. Meine Hündin lebt auch hier. Euren Schlafzimmer ist mit einem Single Bett und einem Schreibtisch ausgestattet. Das Bad wir geteilt. Die offene Küche mit Esszimmer und Wohnzimmer sind geräumig und hell. Das Frühstück ist inbegriffen.

Relax in this special and quiet accommodation in beautiful Niedersetzen with your own bathroom and kitchen (incl. little Breakfast) Just a few steps to the forest, but only 5 minutes to City (by car)! The house is in the old village center in a small garden, a terrace with a grill is available. It is over 400 years old and has a flair to match. However, you shouldn't be a giant, the door frames are sometimes very low.

Die Wohnung wird von uns kontinuierlich renoviert, verbessert und weiterentwickelt - wie ein Kunstwerk, also kann es kleine Abweichungen zu den Fotos geben. Liebe Gäste ich renoviere immer noch und baue um. 2020 keine Vermietung möglich. The garden house is still under reconstruction, no rental in 2020 possible. Michael Die Unterkunft befindet sich in Recklinghausen-Süd. Sie erreichen in 10 Minuten (zu Fuß) den Süd-Bahnhof, in 5 Minuten den Bus SB20. Mit dem Auto sind es ebenfalls nur wenige Minuten bis zur Autobahn (A42 und A43).
