It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

It sits on the bottom floor of a Victorian Era terrace that has been converted into two apartments. Car space included! A few minutes walk to Enmore Rd, you'll find plenty of great bars and restaurants. The iconic Enmore Theatre is 6 minute walk away. 10 minute walk to Stanmore Station. 16 minutes to Newtown Station. 4 minutes to bus stops that take you to the CBD.

There are two train stations in walking distance that will take you to the city or to the beach. The Studio has it own private access and the Studio itself is a totally private space. King's Hideaway has a brand new orthopaedic bed, fresh quality linen, you can be rest assured to sleep well. It has a comfortable and relaxed feel.

Our self contained and comfortable one bedroom studio comfortably sleeps two and is located in a quiet garden, close to public transport. Enjoy an en-suite and kitchenette for your convenience. Great access on the nearby light rail to the new Sydney Convention centre, Star City Casino, the Lyric Theatre, the Tramsheds, the Capitol Theatre and the Sydney Fish Markets.

Garden Studio in Ashfield

The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.
