This spacious, bright and quiet apartment is centrally located in the historic and picturesque Grand Harbour area of Floriana, just 7 minutes walk from the heart of Valletta. The apartment is on the second floor (no lift access) of an early 20th century listed building and has high ceilings and a traditional Maltese timber balcony. The space consists of a fitted kitchen equipped with all appliances, a large master bedroom, spacious living and dining areas, and a bathroom with walk in shower.

A newly renovated 1960's 3-storey townhouse located few footsteps away from Marsaxlokk promenade. One can also reach the stunning St Peter's Pool in 15 minutes walk. The house boasts an amazing roof terrace overlooking the picturesque seafront where you can unwind with a bottle of wine. It is self-catering and sleeps up to a max of 3 adults. This lovely sea front townhouse is situated exactly in the heart of Marsaskala village. It has a street level private entrance leading to a living area. Further in there is a kitchen, a spare toilet and a small yard. On the first floor there is 1 double bedroom and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is another double bedroom and a single bedroom with bunk-beds. On the roof level there is another bathroom and a lovely roof ideal for entertaining. Both double bedrooms enjoy sea views.

The fully furnished apartment includes two air conditioners, a sofa bed and double glazed windows. Wifi and air conditioning are included and not extra.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.
