Herons is totally unique, a beautiful detached lodge situated on the banks of the River Thames. Beautiful interiors and the views are simply wonderful from sunrise to sunset. Herons is the perfect place to unwind and relax, just sit and watch the wildlife and the boats milling along the river. Nearby are the Thames Market towns of Wallingford, Henley and Abingdon and the beautiful surrounding countryside.The historic city of Oxford is only 8 miles away and Bicester Village is a 30 minute drive.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. Nestled alongside the meandering river Thames in the south Oxfordshire countryside you’ll find Dorchester. Steeped in history, once a bustling Roman town and a prominent route for pilgrims. We are situated right on the edge of the village; no where near busy roads so it’s blissfully quiet - just the sheep in the field and the church bells. We have some lovely pubs and a great farm shop selling local produce. And Oxford is only 15 mins away!

Brightwell Baldwin is a small hamlet close to the market and historic town of Watlington. Henley-on-Thames and Oxford City Centre are a short drive away.

Our newly renovated self contained studio is attached to our home and is situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of clifton Hampden. We are a five minute walk from the Thames footpath which is perfect for enjoying this beautiful stretch of the river either towards Wallingford or Oxford. The studio has an equipped kitchen area and separate shower room. There is parking and the studio has its own separate entrance. The decor is modern and clean with a cosy ambiance.

Welcome to our light and airy annexe - fully self contained, and only a 15 minute drive (or train ride) from Oxford city centre. Located at the end of a quiet lane, on the outskirts of the historic riverside market town of Abingdon. Split over two floors; the ground floor housing a kitchen, breakfast bar and living space, and on the first floor a large bedroom with seating area, and a separate bathroom. We also have driveway parking available for one car.

The Studio House

This incredible modernist studio in Oxfordshire was initially designed in the 1960s by the renowned architect Philip Dowson of Ove Arup and Associates. This studio belonged to the sculptor Franta Belsky, known for creating large-scale abstract public art and iconic statues and busts of notable 20th-century figures, including Winston Churchill and members of the British Royal Family. Many of his original works are still housed in the studio.

The Stables: Charming Cottage near Oxford

This is an integrated living space and bedroom with en suite bathroom. It is separate from the main house with total privacy. Guests are free to use a simple kitchen within the main house. Breakfast is included. The gardens are extensive. The feeling of the place is that of being in the deep Oxfordshire countryside; but the reality is that we are only 10 minutes walk away from South Oxford and 30 minutes walk away from Oxford centre.

The Studio Clifton Hampden Nr Culham Science Park

Self contained studio on the outskirts of the picturesque Thameside village of Clifton Hampden. Within walking distance of Culham Station (with trains to London Paddington, Didcot and Oxford) and Culham Science Park. The property offers an excellent base for exploring the local countryside including the Thames walk towards the Historic town of Abingdon or towards the beautiful village of Dorchester. Private off road parking for two cars.
