Down a short gravel road on the outskirts of Yuba City you will find our cozy 4 bedroom, 2 bath 1350 SQFT house tucked away at the end of a cul-de-sac. Recently remodeled, our home features all the amenities your family will need for your stay. Tesla charging station for those looking to have the convenience of charging your vehicle at no additional cost. Patio access, but back yard is being reseeded so we ask you stay off grass.

Enjoy your stay at this centrally-located clean 4 bedroom, 2 full bath house. House backs up to a beautiful, mature park. Only 2.5 miles from Downtown Plumas Street (shopping, dinning, pubs/sports bars). About 13 miles from the Toyota Amphitheatre and Hard Rock Casino. About 30 minutes from Colusa Casino, Gold Country Casino, and Feather Falls Casino. Adventist Health and Rideout Hospital is 10 minutes away, 2 minutes from CA Hwy 99 (short distance to Sacramento, Roseville and Chico).

Very small older home, in an older neighborhood. Smart TV in each room with Hulu and Netflix. There is NO cable!! Pet approvals are based on breed/allergens. Please INQUIRE on pet fee before booking. Fee covers general cleaning up after pet. If your pet pees or poohs inside $100 feet.

Yuba City Attached, Private Suite w/Pool, Laundry

This little suite has everything you will need! There is a kitchenette to include mini fridge, microwave, two burner stove, coffee maker, toaster oven, and toaster. The room has a queen bed, television w/Roku, closet, table, and chairs. There is a full bathroom with shower. The pool is not heated. It is serviced every Monday and open year-round for use. The suite is the back unit (unit #2). The garage parking is for unit #1 guests, however, you may use the washer and dryer.

Lotus B: Quaint Upstairs Studio

This is a 500sqft studio apartment. We have 3 units that on the 2nd floor of our business in Downtown Marysville. Unit B is the middle apartment and is great for short stays. We have a queen bed, small couch, and a 43" TV in the living area. There is also a full size kitchen, dining table and private bathroom in the apartment. We offer our guests wifi, Hulu live TV, coffee, and a comfortable bed. The space is great for 2 people.
