The space is available for one to four guests in the same party. Accommodations are in a separate wing of the house. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds. There is a private bath as well as a sitting room and screen porch for the exclusive use of the guest. The house is within walking distance to a private ocean beach and within a mile of the Shinning Sea Bike Path (bike rentals are available nearby). Numerous restaurants serving traditional Cape fare are within a two mile radius, with many more in nearby Falmouth and Woods Hole. Breakfast is provided.

We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. THERE IS NO USE OF KITCHEN OR FRIDGE.
