This charming brownstone, built in 1896, is set on quiet, tree-lined Bay State road, one of the "10 Boston’s Best Secret Streets" by Travel and Leisure. It is under the Boston landmark Citgo Sign, within 5 minute walking distance to Fenway Park, Kenmore Sq, Charles River and Boston University. The property has been lovingly maintained as a private residence for two generations. All original architectural details have been preserved with Victorian charm. We offer the entire second floor of our home: two bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed, a full bathroom, and a well-stocked breakfast / snack room. We are located literally seconds off Rt. 128 / I-95, in a quiet, secluded area. Our deck, gardens and grounds (which include a pond, birdfeeders, and, perhaps, wildlife sightings) are available for your enjoyment. Welcome! This cheerful, clean and private 1st-floor bedroom is in a restored 1799 farmhouse.We are about halfway between Boston and the Cape Cod Canal and convenient to all major highways. Guests have a private entrance and newly renovated, bedroom/bath suite. Parking, a comfy queen-size bed, and TV are included as well as a fridge, microwave, and Keurig. Plymouth Rock, Plimoth Plantation, and "The Mayflower" are 10-15 minute drive. No cameras on property. We respect your privacy.

Spacious 1850s rustic meets modern walkout studio

Located on 1.6 acres, just a 6 minute drive from Vineyard Haven town center, this lovely post and beam walk out basement apartment is the perfect home base to explore the island. Although the home was built in 2000 and has all the modern amenities you could hope for, its structure, reclaimed from a Connecticut dairy barn built in 1852 brings old world charm to this stunning space. Please note that our family of 5 lives upstairs so there is potential for noise.

The Stepping Stone Inn

Perfect for cozy stays away from it all, our comfortable cabin has its own private entrance, skylight, wood-burning fireplace stove, pure well water, and a private bathroom with shower room (which is also a stream room) all just a short walk from the Sudbury river, conversation land with nature trails, history, and outdoor sports. No contact with the host is necessary. This is a fully self-contained separate space attached to one end of the house.

PEACEFUL ROOM is appropriately named as peace and quiet is most important when hosting guests. It comes with A FULL BREAKFAST that is served at 8-8:30 AM. It is a 5 minute walk to an array of restaurants, beaches, ice cream store, groceries, nail salon, clothing shop, as well as a souvenir shop and more. Going for a bike ride, jog or a walk, this is your spot! There is also pickle ball within a 10 minute walk. THERE IS NO USE OF KITCHEN OR FRIDGE.
