Relax in the southern sunset on the large veranda listening to the calls of local birds. Enjoy a modern kitchen, open-concept living and dining room, and master suite with king size bed, large windows and private bathroom. The two other bedrooms are also furnished with new double beds. The fenced in yard is very large and has a basketball court and pool.

In the mornings, the sun and birds would come along to enjoy breakfast and thousands of stars can be seen at night. The house has two private rooms that share a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen and a bright and comfortable living room. Also, there is a swimming pool that is perfect to refresh and relax.

This is a private house, with independent access, garden and parking space: it has 2 bedrooms, a dining room, a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom - and it is ideal for a family or 4 people. It is entirely located on a first floor, which makes it brighter and safer. Access to the house is either from the front or rear stairs. The private parking has space for 2 cars; while the garden includes an external kitchen with barbecue facilities, available for lazy afternoons.
