A 2 pas du Musée "Le Vieux Cormenier", 5 min en voiture du parc animalier "La Vallée des Singes", 45 min du Futuroscope, 35 min du Circuit de Valdivienne. A 7 kms des commerces, du centre aquatique, des médecins, pharmacies, du ciné, des restos, des stations services... Linges de lit et de maison fournis, pas le linge de toilette. Le ménage est fait par nos soins. WIFI et TV d'orange gratuits.

Wood burning stove heating.Located on a peaceful rural lane close to the local village. Wonderful forest walks in close proximity. All mod cons and plenty of car parking space. Light and airy. There are numerous places of interest in the area serving a wide variety of tastes, as well as plenty of routes to explore for ramblers, walkers and cyclists.

Located in a peaceful setting with beautiful views. This rustic cottage has 2 bedrooms (one double bed, two single beds), shower room, living room with a wood-burner, sofa, TV, DVD player, a wc, and fully equipped kitchen (table, fridge/freezer, gas hob, mini oven, microwave).

L’Ancienne Gendarmerie is a beautiful restored police station in the heart of Pressac village. On the square opposite the church, with countryside views across the pretty river Clain and its medieval bridge, the house combines a sense of history with modern convenience and plenty of space. Ideal for families or groups of friends with a games room and a pool, there is plenty to do, and it is also a great base to explore the Vienne and Charente. Please note there is a minimum 3 night stay.

Old Water Mill

Old water mill, built in 1850. Many of the original features of the mill have been left & been used to create a place of charm & character. Situated on a twelve acre lake, within a listed & protected zone by Natura 2000. You can eat your breakfast on the terrace next to the lake, in a very beautiful & tranquil setting. The only noise here comes from the birds, wildlife & the sheep in the surrounding fields. Owner lives on site in adjacent farm house. Many local bars & excellent restaurants.

The beautiful old Abbey Town of Charroux is 8 Kms distant and we are within half an hour of Civray, Ruffec & Confolens.
