Private entrance, 1 Queen bed downstairs, and two Twin beds in the loft, the apartment will comfortably sleep up to 4 guests. Access to the large back yard with great mountain views, and over 200 feet of Wasilla lake frontage. In Summer you can Canoe, Kayak, and stand up paddle board to explore Wasilla Lake and Cottonwood Creek. In Winter, ice skating, ice fishing, and snow machining are permitted on the lake.

A small cabin built like a studio apartment. Very roomy and homey — quaint, quiet and simple. There’s a garden with fresh greens and herbs for your enjoyment and world class hiking and skiing within 10 minutes. Palmer and Wasilla are 15 minutes away. There’s a large parking area and shed with fun outdoor gear to use, as well as a wood burning cedar sauna. Though we ask that you request/message before using it. Want pets? The large kitchen table doubles as a workspace with ergonomic chair. I can bring in a folding twin bed on request. A large deck offers views and dining options in the summer. Northern lights can be seen in the winter from the large picture window.
