We offer a clean and cozy lower-level apartment with a private entrance, 2 bedrooms/1 bath, snack/coffee bar with an assortment of snacks, tea, and coffee, a living room, reclining sofa, pool table, electric fireplace, RokuTV, small table/2 chairs and an outdoor patio area. We are located on a 250-acre family farm with a walking path, woods, creek, and cabin.

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Please, no pets. However, there is a sweet dog living on the property.

Call it your home for a night or for an extended stay. It is beautiful no matter the time of year.

Boom's Farm, coffee, tea, and fun.

We have a 1000 sqft two bedroom basement apartment ( 12 steps) with a separate entrance, full kitchen, with a gas fire place and one bathroom. Ten acre farm with cows, dogs, goats and chickens. Collect the fresh eggs from the hens and feed the animals. Yellow Springs is near by. Buck Creek State Park and lake is within a 10 minute drive. Bring your boat we have plenty of parking available. No parties are allowed on this property!

Countryside Private Dwelling

Enjoy the peaceful countryside just 15 minutes off of the outer loop of Columbus. We have a seperate guest house on our small farm with a king size master suite and queen bedroom. This guest home is completely private from the main residence and is the perfect ambience for peace and quiet. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
