A bright and airy two bedroom annexe on the side of our family home, set down a private drive in the little village of Downhead. Wonderful views of fields to enjoy at the front and side of the home and quiet woodland behind. Wildlife and farm animals are easily spotted. The popular East Mendip Way footpath passes the bottom of the garden, offering fabulous walks. With parking outside the door, the annexe being all on one level and having a walk-in shower, it is suitable for all abilities.

Amberley House Annexe near the river Mells

The Amberley House Annex is a private space adjoining this historic main house, just above the river Mells in the beautiful little village of Great Elm, just 10 minutes outside of Frome. You have your own front door, a cosy sitting room and upstairs a double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Just a minute walk down the hill takes you to the beautiful river where you can walk either in the direction of the villages of Mells, Chantry and Whatley or the other way towards Frome itself.

The Grange at Whatley

This delightful rural property sits in its own grounds of 16 acres, three miles from Frome. The rooms are light and spacious with en-suite bathrooms, a wood burning fire in the sitting room, with a unique kitchen that was once home to a cookery school. The Pigsty is a modern, comfortable barn conversion situated in an area that used to be part of the farmyard, opposite our farmhouse cottage and a pretty mill with a view of the village on the hillside where the sun sets. Little gated courtyard with table and chairs to enjoy that view. Walking distance to the village shop and local pub for drinks. The Chapel Studio

A unique and comfortable apartment in one of Frome’s historic chapels. Centrally located at the top of the famous winding cobbles of St Catherine’s hill, it is just a stone’s throw from independent coffee shops and boutiques, as well as the renowned Bar and Bistro Lotte. The apartment is at the top of the building, so you do have to climb some flights of steps - but the view over the romantic rooftops of Frome to the hills of the Westbury White Horse will be worth it!
