We are on the bluff with an oceanfront hot tub, within walking distance to Gualala restaurants, groceries & shops. Please respect our dream home, our neighbors, & bring only good vibes here. This is a beautiful and remote area, please plan accordingly to relax and enjoy the slow pace of life here.

6 acre Ocean Bluff Cottage -Dog friendly & EV

A rare and spiritual healing place with stunning oceanfront views from a 6-acre bluff paradise. Watch whales and bald eagles from the hot tub. The cottage is heated by propane and also has a wood burning stove. We offer the option of wine, flowers, rose petals on bed and balloons for wedding proposals, anniversaries, birthdays etc - ask for our price list. We are pet friendly and charge an additional $25 a day per pet up to 3 pets. There is a home 100 ft away that shares the 6 acres. No TV.

The Navarro House is situated on the Mendocino coast with an unobstructed view where the Navarro River reaches the Pacific Ocean. Conveniently located 15 minutes south of Mendocino, this property offers privacy with space to spread out between the houses. The hot tub and BBQ/ Fire pit area is shared with the guest house which sits below. This is a place to reflect, relax and recharge. Well behaved pets welcome! 240 and 140V plugs available in driveway - bring your own plug for car charging.

Rustic, but comfortable with queen bed, propane heating and cooking, hot shower, outdoor privy and big firepit. Use of our kayaks are included in your stay - paddle out to the ocean and back for an amazing time on the water!
