Next to the rail-trail, 30min to Nelson, central to 2major ski areas and 5min. from night skiing in Salmo, close to many beautiful lakes in the area. This spacious suite can accommodate 4-5 persons as it has a Queen bed, a high-end pullout sofa and twin cot. It has a beautiful shower room and a well appointed kitchen and new appliances for you to cook with. Floor heating keeps you cozy and warm and the big windows make you feel being part of nature. It also has a barbeque on the covered porch.

Stunning Mtn Campsite. Small site, it’s a Literal Cliff Side Campsite that offers panoramic views of the Selkirk Mtns & sits just above the Pend Orielle River. Campsite has a hammock, 1 campfire ring, 1 good flat sites for 1 SMALL tent. 2-3 person space. No electric hook ups no water. Dry camping off grid. Adults only, no minors. This is a CLIFF LEDGE! Hiking, mountain biking, snow shoeing & slack country skiing trails from your front door! Red Mountain is a 12 minute drive from the farm.

This is the perfect place to get away from it all and enjoy a quiet weekend with endless night skies. There isn’t anywhere quite like Cougar Creek.

This cozy off-grid cabin features a cedar wood fired hot tub under roof, gravity fed spring water from outside hydrant, electricity generated by a turbine on the creek, propane on-demand outdoor shower (not running in winter), a wood stove, a bbq grill under covered deck, a fire pit and a rustic cedar out house. chop your own wood and heat the cabin and hot tub yourself. This cabin is ideal for couples wanting a quiet and romantic getaway.

Walk or ride your bike right out the door on our trails and take in one of the classes or events at For-rest Retreat. Salmo is the perfect place to stay and explore the beauty of the Kootenays.

The Hidden Moose Lodge

The Hidden Moose Lodge is the ideal destination for any guests looking for a place to stay in Northern Pend Oreille County. Located down a private access road, this charming cabin nestled in the woods (NOT on the River) is the perfect retreat for all seasons!
