OAH 1870 Oldest Alesund House

Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. Langholmen private Island - with rowing boat

A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Nice beatiful studio 30sqm in the 1 floor in my old private town house built in 1905. Walking distance to the famous Ålesund City center with its jugend style arcitekture and the viewpoint Aksla. A must for all tourists. 3 min with the bus to the harbour and city center. 10 minutes walk to the seaside where you could take a swim at the beach or go for fishing. Bus stop just outside the house. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Washing machine and dryer in the basement. Close to the NTNU.

Kun 300 meter fra hytten. Utenfor hytten er det en elegant tønnebadstue hvor en kan nyte velgjørende varme😃

The house is spacious and comfortable. There are many interesting places to see in our area, both for adults and children. Feel peace and relaxation in this idyllic paradise. Fantastic view of the Moldefjord. A beautiful garden adds additional charm to your stay. Nature invites both skis and feet for a trip. You can rent a boat or bicycles. The property is a 5-minute walk from Moldefjorden and a 20-minute drive from the Skaret ski slope. Only 14 minutes from Molde city center.

This seaside property is one of the few homes located directly by the water in this region. It offers a perfect setting for relaxation and for taking in the stunning views, while also serving as an ideal base for sightseeing, hiking, swimming, or fishing in the fjord or nearby river. Kapteinåsen, Sæbø

Koselig feriehus med fantastisk utsikt mot Hjørundfjorden. Flere uteplasser/terrasse, bålpanne og grill. Utendørs jacuzzi for 5-6 personer. Huset ligger 35m fra parkeringsplass i hellende terreng. Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.

Idyllic fjord apartment near Ålesund

Enjoy the peaceful setting of this idyllic home with magnificent views of Storfjorden, which runs all the way to Geiranger, which is an 80km drive away from us. We are located 40 minutes from Vigra Airport and 30 minutes from Ålesund. The popular viewpoint Rampestreken at Åndalsnes is just one hour's drive, and scenic Trollstigen 1.5 hours from our location. There are plenty of local hikes in the area, and a scenic golf course just ten minutes away.

Stedet vårt er nærme Ålesund lufthavn. Ålesund airport. Flott natur. Landelig og rolig. Likevel kun 20 min. med bil til Ålesund sentrum. Stedet mitt er bra for par, reiser alene, bedriftsreisende. Kan også passe for en liten familie. (Ekstra madrasser). Vi kan også være behjelpelig med transport til/fra flyplassen på sen ettermiddag/kveld. Det ligger en DØGNÅPEN (mandag-lørdag) dagligvare-butikk 2 km fra utleiestedet. Joker Vikane. Adr: Vikevegen 22.

Koselig eldre laftet tømmerhytte på gårdstun leies ut. Grei standard. Komplett med kjøkkenutstyr. Lite bad med wc, vask, dusjkabinett og vaskemaskin. Hytta har dobbeltseng på soverom, og køyeseng i sovealkove. Kort vei til Molde sentrum, ca. 15 km og ca. 40 km til Åndalsnes. Liten nærbutikk og busstopp ca 150 meter fra hytta. Kort vei til sjøen med badestrand (ca 200 meter). Ta gjerne kontakt med verten dersom behov for tidligere innsjekking!
