This property is also perfect for those coming to town for Fish Lake, sporting events, Snow College South activities, outdoor recreation, or the world famous Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree (we have PLENTY of ATV/UTV parking space!). Cozy Warm Glamp w Sauna Access

Our Glamping Tents are located on our 10-acre boutique farm and nursery in a beautiful landscape with incredible views and Dark Night Skies. It is cozy camping in any season and includes a comfy Queen size bed, with mattress warmers, supplemental heat, lights, a sofa/futon sitting area, fire pit, picnic table and shared shower and restroom/space. Hot Springs, hiking, biking, horseback riding, ATV trails, State and National Parks are nearby. Pets are welcome when included in your reservation.

Home Base Resort #6

This is a brand new space located right off the freeway in quaint Joseph, Utah. Built in 2021, this modern unit has two bedrooms, one with a king size bed and an open loft with two queen beds. Equipped with a full bath and kitchen with all the basic essentials. This small home is part of a 7 unit resort, with more phases to come. Close to the Paiute ATV trail, fishing and within an hour of National Parks. We do allow pets but we charge a 20 fee. Please let us know if you bring your pet.

Off-Grid 15-Acre Canyon Cabin Near Bryce & Zion

You’ll love this charming 2BR/2BA escape for its spectacular red rock and river views on 15 private acres. Bordering the Sevier River and BLM land, it’s a "true" off-grid digital detox—no Wi-Fi/TV, just nature. Rock hunters will find an abundance of agate, and wildlife like deer, antelopes, bunnies, and eagles are frequent visitors. Ideally located off Hwy 89 for easy access to Bryce (30 mins) and Zion (60 mins). Great for couples and families looking to reconnect. Note: No pets allowed.

The Bunkhouse

Get away from it all when you stay in a fun, renovated outbuilding on a farm. Enjoy lots of open space and nature on 20 acres. Access to trails for ATV's, horses, and biking. Amenities include a fire pit with firewood provided where you can enjoy roasting marshmallows and hotdogs. Located near Cedar City where you can be a part of the festivals provided by the city. Located near several national parks including Zion, Bryce and Grand Canyon. We also have a corral for horse boarding.

The Woodbine Cottage is a newly renovated historic home. It is located in a quiet neighborhood one block from historic downtown. Shopping, restaurants, grocery stores, art galleries, and more, all within walking distance! Outdoor attractions include, Kolob canyon, Brian Head Ski Resort, Zion National Park, and Bryce Canyon. We do not accept any animals due to the historic nature of this home and ask that you please respect this. For service animals, please refer to the rules section.

Enjoy views of red rock cliffs and the Sevier River from your hilltop private yurt. Ten minutes to Red Canyon and Scenic Byway 12, 25 min to Bryce Canyon, 45 min to Kodachrome Basin, 1 hr to Zion. Drive to almost anywhere in Cedar City in less than 15 minutes.

Great home to accommodate a few adults or families/family. Nestled in the small town of Elsinore. Short distance from interstate access. Located close to world renowned ATV trails, world famous paragliding from Monroe Mountain, Mystic Hot Springs, Monroe Mountain, river rafting Sevier River, Fremont Indian State Park, Sevier County Bike Path and along the route to Bryce Canyon.
