Paddock view cottage in South Barn, is a 2 bedroom end terrace cottage built within an old barn creating a terrace of 3 cottages. Perfect for couples or families of up to 4 persons, this cottage is comfortably furnished and consists of a lounge with colour TV, a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, a bathroom with hand basin, WC, bath & shower cubicle and two bedrooms. The Double bedroom is situated on a gallery above the lounge & the Twin is situated through a door off of the gallery.

Located in Faversham, enjoy the local area at the house with its own private courtyard and access, a short walk from many great pubs and restaurants in town. Downstairs there is a sofa bed which can pull out to form a small double bed (best suited for kids). We invite you to soak up this tranquil farm setting within walking distance to the seacliffes & seafront. There is a relaxing pond right by your hut and you will hear just the sounds of birds, crickets and livestock. Ideal for a break away from reality. Although the area you will be staying in is kept secluded.. there are goats, horses, and cows in nearby paddocks and Runner Ducks wandering around. We have put our whole hearts into this to create something special for our guests to enjoy!

Twitchers Cottage at Broomfield Barn is a beautifully presented converted in 2020, one bedroom cottage. Located on the edge of Oare marshes that is an important wetland reserve with a range of bird species. This area is popular with bird watches, walkers, wildlife photographers and cyclists or anyone who wants a relaxing break away surrounded by open countryside. There is plenty to do throughout the year wether you want coast, town or countryside it’s all in easy reach for your enjoyment.

Make some memories!! Our chalet sleeps 5, with private parking. The chalet is a ten minute walk from Shellness beach, and a 15 min walk to central Leysdown where you will find restaurants, arcades, pubs and fish and chips in abundance. We have a friendly, welcoming club house which serves food and entertainment for all the family. There is a Sunday boot fair and a regular bus service just outside the site. We provide complimentary tea/coffee and toiletries.
