Welcome to our cozy gem on Sapphire Lake! We are an all-sports lake and all season getaway in Lake City, Michigan. Whether you are looking for a fishing getaway, snowmobile/skii, fall color tour or a summer at the lake- this is the place! This cottage offers 2 paddle boards, 2 kayaks, a paddle boat and a dock (Memorial-Labor) to park your water toys. This lakefront cottage awaits your family, with 2 queen beds, a bonus bunk room, a pull out couch to sleeps 8! 5 night min during summer months.

4 bedroom 2 bath house a block from Lake Missaukee

What was known as The Pink House, this home was the first addition to Lake City. It offers enough space for the whole family including dogs! The entire 3000 square foot house has enough interior space for large gatherings & a large backyard for yard games, kids to play, dogs to run, & space for a camper to park or multiple tents to be pitched. The house is located on the west side of main street giving families easy walkable access to the beach, downtown, or north to grab food or some drinks!

This cabin is an ideal destination for hunters and fishers looking to enjoy Northern Michigan. Nestled in a prime location, this cozy cabin provides convenient access to some of the state’s best hunting and fishing spots as well as walking distance to bars and restaurants. This cottage comfortably sleeps 5 or 6. One room has three twin size beds and one room has a queen. Also air mattresses that can accommodate two more. Dog friendly with one large crate.

Relax with family and friends at our cabin on the Clam River. Located just seven miles from both Cadillac and Lake City, you are sure to find enjoyment all around. This location has two prestigious attractions; one being the fishing, 1,100 ft. of Blue Ribbon Trout fishing as well as sitting on a property deemed a National Wildlife Habitat. The Rustic River Retreat is a woods, water and snow wonderland that will be sure to spark your adventurous side.

Family Fun House!

Our cottage is 3 blocks from Lake Missaukee, downtown restaurants, ice cream shops, shopping and laundromat. Beautiful beach for families with kids! Great place to park your car and walk everywhere! We have one bedroom with a full size bed, a king size bed in the 2nd bedroom, a futon in the bar/ sitting room and one bath. Plenty room for everyone! Large back yard for picnics and back yard fun. We also have outdoor seating, table and games!

Beautiful large yard on the side to play in, and the trees give a nice sound barrier from the main road. Note: There are two steps to get into main living area. Please no smoking/vaping or pets.
