Además lavadora-secadora, lavavajillas, horno, microondas, cafetera y sandwichera. Es posible contratar aparte parking.

Das Haus wurde im Jahr 2023 komplett renoviert und bietet viel Freiraum für Privatsphäre und Ruhe in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen notwendigen Dingen des täglichen Bedarfs.
